Tasmanian Tiger - Range Pack MK II

When I broke into my car, the daypack was stolen. The company did not make any effort to help me get a new daypack. You advertise on your site the good conditions of your producer in Vietnam and claim that you are unable to procure a single pack of dachpacks. This is pathetic with a 500€ backpack. The system connected a daypack to the main luggage when traveling no longer works. The email correspondence was not customer-oriented. When asked, my email address was blocked. As a matter of principle, I won't buy a Tasmanian Tiger anymore.

I was originally very happy to call this backpack my own. The best backpack I've had so far. Now I'm very disappointed with this backpack. I bought this backpack with the expectation of being able to use it for several years. After only 6 months of almost weekly use for marches and outdoor overnight stays, a plastic bandage on my shoulder strap broke off. Since this part was sewn, I was unable to sew in a spare part myself. The warranty ensures that I get a replacement, but I'm afraid of the day it will happen again and my warranty period has expired. At such prices, I simply expect better, especially as I always treat my equipment with care and have never experienced anything like this with other backpacks before. I may be one of 10,000 customers who experience something like this at Tasmanian Tiger, but based on my personal experience, I can only award one star

Excellent backpack! The only question is for what purpose it should be used. For short 2-3 day trips, the TT Raid Pack should be enough, for longer tours, the Raid Pack (or a comparable model) MUST be enough because you can't carry around that long if you're not at the KSK. Conclusion: The product is well thought-out and flawless but you need to know if it's right for you.

The best backpack I've ever had. It's worth every cent.
