Return shipments

ASMC offers a 31-day return policy. In addition to your statutory rights, we provide you with a voluntary return policy of 31 days from receipt of goods.

RETURN FROM GERMANY

WITHDRAWAL

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at info@asmc.com. You can request the return label directly, print it out, and prepare the package for shipping. The return shipment is free of charge.

To the withdrawal policy

Upon receipt of the package, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 days.

WITHDRAWAL

If you wish to return an item, go to your customer account under "My Account", select Orders, and click on "Return Items". Here you can conveniently fill out your return form and submit it to us with a click. Please always specify the reason for return.

In case of withdrawal, you bear the costs of the return shipment.
