The product presentation by ASMC, especially in brochures, catalogs, advertisements, and on the internet, does not constitute a binding offer by ASMC.

  1. On our website, we inform the buyer about our products. Our offers are subject to change and non-binding unless explicitly designated as binding.
  2. Your order to us constitutes an offer to conclude a purchase contract.
    Upon placing an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation by email. This confirms receipt of your order and details the specifics of your order. The order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your offer; it merely informs you of the receipt of your order by us. The contract is concluded upon dispatch confirmation or delivery of the goods.
    You can check and correct input errors before finally submitting the offer (Step 3 in the ordering process: Place order) by reviewing the summary order overview and correcting directly or by using the "Back" button of your browser on the previous page.
    Subsequently, the goods will be prepared for dispatch, and you will receive an order confirmation / invoice by email. With this statement, we accept your offer to conclude the contract, so that an effective contract for the goods listed therein is concluded upon receipt of this email. In case of self-collection, the contract is concluded upon handover of the goods. If you do not receive dispatch confirmation or goods delivery within two weeks, you are no longer bound by your order.
  3. All agreements made between the buyer and us in connection with the purchase contracts are documented in the order confirmation / invoice and these terms.
