Katadyn - Water Filter Vario

The Katadyn water filter Vario from the Backcountry series has various filter options. Regardless of whether it is clear, cloudy or smelly water - the Vario pump filter filters it with a cleanable ceramic dirt filter and a microbiological fiberglass filter with low pump resistance. The “Longer Life" mode, which can be switched on, is suitable for cloudy water. The “Faster Flow" mode uses the fiberglass filter with direct flow. The pump performance is increased to up to 2 L/min. elevated. To reduce chemicals and bad taste, the activated carbon granules can be replaced regularly. The double pump mechanism ensures continuous performance with minimal effort. The replacement filter elements are available individually and can be easily replaced (ceramic disc, fiberglass filter with activated carbon, activated carbon granules).
The delivery takes place without a bottle. The Vario water filter is suitable for bottles with a bottle neck diameter of 55 mm, for example the Klean Kanteen Wide.
