How Do HydraCell Energy Cells Work?

The water-activated cells use an electrochemical reaction between the magnesium core, salt, and oxygen. After just 10–15 seconds in water, the cells are ready to use. Reactivation can be done with warm water, but in emergencies, rain, river, or seawater will suffice.
