Beef Stroganoff

The Forestia Beef Stroganoff meets the requirements for optimal nutrition under extreme conditions. Open the Heater Bag at the upper mark and place the sealed food bag inside. 2. Fill the warming bag with water up to the lower mark and then fold the opened part down so that it is closed again. 3. Place the bag on a flat or inclined surface to allow the liquid to spread. After about 30 seconds, the inside of the heater bag will warm up. 4. Your meal will be ready after about 12 minutes.
