Since 1991, Pentagon Tactical has been a prominent name in military clothing and equipment. The name Pentagon is a Greek word meaning five-sided. This inspired the logo, depicting a figure with a head and four limbs, representing the five senses: hearing, sight, touch, smell, and taste.

Pentagon, with its roots in Germany, began as a small retail store selling new and used goods. Due to rapidly growing demand and positive feedback, the manufacturer expanded in 1993 by opening a wholesale warehouse in northern Greece.

By the late 1990s, Pentagon underwent a transformation that led the company to focus more intensively on the tactical generation. This shift in interest resulted in Pentagon's product portfolio increasingly catering to the needs of military and law enforcement personnel.
