"Light for the Whole World" - LED Lenser

LED Lenser and the sun have a lot in common: they bring light into darkness and illuminate the world. It all started in a garage with two brothers who had an idea for a flashlight: the LED LENSER® V8. In Europe, it is one of the best-selling LED flashlights. With this model, the brothers also received strong international resonance and were able to make the leap from a startup to an internationally operating company. Nevertheless, LED Lenser has remained down-to-earth in Solingen. Harald and Rainer Opolka are the founders of LED Lenser and do not see themselves as traditional entrepreneurs or "capitalists". This is also reflected in their company policy, as employees are at the center of the company. LED Lenser invests in factory apartments and further education, clearly signaling that competent employees are the company's capital. This ensures LED Lenser a high level of innovation and outstanding material quality of its products.

Thought Through to the Smallest Detail - German Engineering

LED Lenser never lets its feet stand still. This fact is reflected in the outstanding functionality and quality of its products. Continuous optimization of the flagship products and practical features at the cutting edge of technology ensure that the products are always state-of-the-art. The "thinking lab," as they lovingly call their product development, is located in Solingen, North Rhine-Westphalia. Here, designs for new products are developed, and existing products undergo continuous improvement processes. What is designed in Solingen eventually goes to China for production. Both prototypes and large series are produced there.
All products leaving the production facility are rigorously tested. LED Lenser flashlights and headlamps must withstand extreme temperatures and also maintain quality through moisture, pressure, or shocks. To ensure this, thorough quality control is the final step for each lamp before it goes to market.
